In times of Covid 19, our nervous system is severely impaired: Home office / home schooling / exit restrictions and existential fears affect - unconsciously - our entire body system and body balance. Stress levels are rising.
Important questions in this context are of course: How does my body react to this stress? What energy level do I still have available? How many resources does my body have left for a well-functioning and strong immune system? What does my body need now to be able to "function" better again?
YES, stress is measurable. We can clearly answer with YES answer. How do we do this in our practice? We use the system of HRV measurement of Nilas MV® a simple and very precise method of preventive health analysis. The HRV scan measures 300 heartbeats and takes just 5 minutes. The results are evaluated immediately and are discussed in detail after the measurement.

Example from a measurement
The example shows a client with very high stress levels. The client has a stress index of 588. The normal range would be 10-100.
The assessment of the stress level shows the ratio of parasympathetic (green) and sympathetic (yellow) activity as well as the neurohormonal activation level (red) in the organism. Ideally, all three variables are proportional to each other. The larger the respective proportion in the pie chart, the more pronounced its determining influence.
In addition to the stress index, the psycho-emotional state is also recorded using the HRV measurement. The current psycho-emotional state can be assessed using the colors and percentages. The scale has the following spectrum:
